In the past week I have made two dinner salads, one a lovely conventional affair with chicken thrown in for good measure, the other a shrimp and avocado number. Both recipes called for fresh dressings to be made in the bowl, and on top of those the salads themselves were constructed.
Both dressings were amazing. Coated the salads completely, didn't overwhelm the components, and brought all the flavors together.
Y'know, like dressings are supposed to do.
As the FSM is my witness, I may never buy a bottle of dressing again.
